Greetings and best wishes for a safe and secure Jewish New Year. I am now moving out of my diamond business to start a new movement for “Jewish Survival.” Our purpose is to ensure the physical and spiritual survival of the Jewish people.

 

The goal of this message is to sound the alarm:

 

Islam’s religious war against the Jews is gaining momentum. This is a religious war fought by suicide Islamists supported by radical Islamists. Hundreds of millions of Muslims support suicide Islam’s fundamental religious ideology that promotes and mandates the proactive killing of Jews by Muslims, even if this results in the death of the Muslim.

 

Islam’s war against the Jews is an existential threat to Jews, Israel, and Judaism. As the intifada globalizes, no Jew anywhere is safe. Suicide Islamists glorify death, especially the death of other Islamists, and especially the death of their children. Suicide Islam’s ideology is “kill and be killed”.

 

The situation is serious, deadly serious.  Israelis, Jews, and now even Jewish supporters, are being murdered on a regular basis. Since the 10/7 massacre, 1,825 Israelis and Jews have been murdered by Arab Islamists, in a war we did not start or want. More than 5,500 have been wounded. The Qatari anti-Jewish propaganda war has evolved from words to demonstrations, to physical violence in the streets. Frankly, I am scared and you should be too.

 

The foundation of Islam’s physical war is its religious belief that Israel, and Jews, must be eliminated. It’s a spiritual war. We cannot win Islam’s physical war against the Jews without fighting their spiritual war against us. And we cannot win Islam’s spiritual war against the Jews us without fighting their physical war against us. The spiritual battle is a battle of values. Suicide Islamic values against Jewish values.

 

 

I call upon the Jewish people, our rabbis, and ethical leaders to establish a Jewish court in Jerusalem. It will be named the Jewish Criminal Court (JCC) and it will deal with life and death issues. Its goal will be to provide the learned opinion of Torah in matters of life and death. דעת תורה על דיני נפשות.  The JCC is a clear counterforce to the ICC, the corrupt International Criminal Court driven by the tyranny of the UN majority.

 

Life and death decisions must be based on Jewish Torah values, not ultra-liberal democratic values driven by the Israeli elite’s desire to be accepted by non-Jews. We must respect human rights as the Torah commands, and we must kill our suicide Islamic enemies as the Torah commands. Israel’s actions will be controlled by a duly elected Israeli government that makes final decisions. These decisions must be based on our Jewish values communicated by an independent Jewish court. That is a definition for a Jewish and democratic state: Jewish values implemented by a democratic state.

 

The JCC will provide, publicize, and regulate the “Jewish Rules of War.” We must identify our ethical and moral rights as Jews. Israel must honestly communicate its’ military rights relative to suicide Islam. The JCC must advise government on all matters related to life and death of our citizens and enemies.

 

I ask. What is the life of an Israeli soldier worth? The life of a Gaza refugee baby? The life of a hostage? The life of a Nukhba suicide bomber? Are they all the same?

How about a 12-year-old, with a baby strapped to their back and an AK47 pointed at you? Should the soldier shoot or be killed? Should the army blow up a booby-trapped building with rockets inside. or risk the lives of our soldiers by ordering them to enter? What if there are children inside the building? How many children? Is it ever morally and ethically correct, to kill a baby?

 

 

The soldier in the field? An ultra-liberal group of elite Israeli army officers and judges setting rules of engagement based on their personal political beliefs. The secular Supreme Court of Israel that is ignorant of Torah? Anti-Jewish lawyers in The Hague? The United Nations?

 

How about an Israeli government well advised by a Jewish court of scholars, about Jewish values that must be considered when waging war and deciding life and death issues.

 

Jewish Friends, we must hold our Jewish values proud and high. We must create and implement the “Jewish Rules of War” as defined by our spiritual leadership.  We can’t win a religious war without Jewish values.

 

And so let us start the New Year with blessings. May G-D bless the Jewish people with peace and power, with unity and strength, with health and wealth, with love and kindness. May G-D bless those that bless and support the Jewish people. May G-D give us the ability to withstand, confront, and destroy the terrible surging wave of anti-Judaism that we are experiencing.

 

We might want to ask ourselves, what would have happened if President Trump turned his head one inch the other way? Where would Israel be today, without the ability to defend ourselves. May G-D bless President Trump.
